Análisis de las pesquerías en Veracruz de 1981 a 1988

Abstract

A retospective study is presented for the Veracruz fiheries fro 1981 to 1988, with the finality of annalize their tendencies. It has been considering obtainment of official data from the statistics contents of the Ministery of Fisheries, just as scientific documnets and inquires realized in a northern fishing town. The discussion is presented as the flow order: acuatic resources, implements for fisheries, population, capture volume, portuary and transformation structure and comercialization. It has also been notice there is not impulse over industrialization of the fishing products. The fishing activity is highly rentable only for the private fishermen. We conclude that Veracruz state counts with enough resources to consider it in a mediumlevel of productivity zone, accusing lack of planing in explotation and transformation of resources.
